The quality for the made in Taiwan/Singapore ones has been consistence in their quality. Generally the Verbatim brand dvd works well for Wii which is why it has been recommended.
Best Buy has 50 packs of dvd-r or dvd+r made in taiwan for $12.99...also Microcenter sometimes has the 100packs on sale for $22.99
Ahh.. I picked up several 50 packs of Verbatim DVD-R's from Best Buy when they were on sale for 9.99.. can't beat that..
Every once in awhile 100 spindles of Verbatim get as low as 20 bucks and then if you price match at another store you can get another couple bucks off. I did this a couple months ago. The sale was at Staples, I PMd 2x100 at FS for like 35 bucks total. If you really need some right away 100 for 30 is a decent deal, but, if you can, wait for better.
So i should avoid Indian?
I just bought 25 Verbatim DVD+R DL Made In Singapore! for 22.99$+tax and 20 Verbatim DVD-R Made In China! for 5.98$+tax!
Woah, i thought i got the Indians one but i just found out i got Singapore and China!
GOOD luck WITH YOUR BACKUPS & LASER WITH THE CHINESE ONES: MODDERMAN
