Thanks a million...
I followed the instructions to the letter, but when I get to the step where you're supposed to launch Bootmii to run Wad Manager, the Wii freezes. Specifcally, when I select Launch Bootmii from the HBC menu. Some background: I softmodded the Wii quite a while ago, but then it got updated to 4.3U. After that, the softmod broke and I haven't been able to make the mod work again. At one point it was freezing when I tried to install IOSs. Ive tried Indian Pwns, to no avail. HBC installed without issue. Bootmii NAND backup also worked fine.
Any help would be most appreciated. I've got a nine year old son who would love for his dad to come through here.
Thanks in advance.
Does this also work on the latest official firmware 4.3.1 ?
If you read the first few lines on the first page you will see this..

New wiis, old wiis, virgin wiis or your favorite slutty wii.
Korean wiis, Japanese wiis, even those Exotic black and red wiis.

Softmoding can brick your wii, this is very very unlikely. Accept this fact or stop now.

grettings from Argentina.
Ey dude, this post is F$#@ great.
I just got my Wii PAL 4.3E and been hanging around trying to find out a way of doing this, and thanks to you I did it.
Now the question is if I can posted in an Argentinian web page to help some other user to find your post.
Hope your are cool with it
Thanks for the amazing guide, got almost everything working perfectly. I do have a problem where apps will run from the SD card but not the USB which I would prefer. I copied the file structure of the SD card over to the USB drive, so everything should be formatted correctly but when I press '1' in HBC and select USB, nothing appears. I did try reinstalling HBC and HackMii and immediately after reinstall, the HBC can recognize USB apps. If I exit to system menu and try again though, it reverts to not seeing any USB apps. Any help would be appreciated.
