USB external hard drive fat partition broken
I have a 2TB external hard drive with an NTFS and a FAT32 partition. The NTFS is used for wii games and also movies while the FAT partition is being used for my channels and emulators. After a while when I try to access an emulator it won't work and just returns to the wii home screen. If I plug my hard drive into a computer I immediately notice what is wrong. There is an error in the FAT partition. The title of the partition has changed to "/section> <" and it has files such as er" valu.e=" and f-8"?> <.fil and lue="1".des
there are 7 files in total all with different sizes ranging from 500MB to 1.8GB
I have yet to find a solution to the problem and just end up reformatting my partition and reinstalling the games and files but I would like to come up with a better solution. This has happened about 4 times in the year that my wii has been hacked and not at even time intervals.
