Ok krank, I have tried to use the sandisk 512mb. This was the same sd card i used to load HBC. I olnly included the files in the download. Again, once I launch the HBC, I do not see any apps . I have to hit the home key to launch bootmii. Again the screen goes black.
Your thoughts thanks
xkinnikux thanks for your in put, can someone confirm the issue with the MMMconfig file. I will continue to search. I have spent at least 6 hours today trying to fix this issue.
Do you have a USB drive plugged into your Wii? If so then it might be looking at it instead of your SD card. Either unplug it or press the 1 or 2 (I can never remember, I just do it lol) and make sure the SD card is selected.
I just tried it, I still get the blue screen with bubles and no apps. If I hit home, I will get the bootmii option screen. As I mentioned before, I taks me to a black screen. What the heck is going on?
Put your bootmii folder on your SD card that was created when you installed HBC and then press home and choose bootmii. That will tell us if your Wii is reading your card at all.
BTW, your Bootmii folder is needed on your SD card for it to run.
This is what I have on my card, see below. I am using the same card that I used to load HBC. I launched the HBC, hit home button, and clicked bootmii, then it goes to a black screen. I have a channel call loadmii. Is this anothe options? Just a thought
Ok why isnt the password working NOT-A-PIRATE?
I just tried it, works fine. It's case sensitive --- make sure you're using caps. Clean out your cookies and cache, check your firewall settings. Try a different PC or network if you must should those suggestions not cure your problem.
I finally got everything to working just well. The key issue was the fact that I didn't have the apps folder when trying to do the reinstall of hbc.
