Error opening directory, you are opening the wrong folder, or it is the correct folder but there is no ISO in there. Make sure the ISO is not in a zipped/rar archive. Go into the WiiSX setting and make sure the path to the ISO is set correctly.
what in the settings am I looking for?not sure why still getting error now,I have two files iso and .bin.ecm file, what do I do with that ecm?
Do you have the wiisx folder on the root of your SD card? The WiiSX folder will contain 3 more folders, bios, isos, saves. The bios file you downloaded goes in the bios folder (bios is needed), the ISO goes in the isos folder. That's all there is to it.
You can look in the settings to see if WiiSX is looking to the SD card to find the ISO, that should be the default setting. WiiSX should see any ISO that is in the isos folder, compatible or not. If WiiSX does not see the ISO then you should view your SD card to see what the problem is.
Moved --- belatedly --- to the emulators section.
Smooth move, I hadn't noticed but where was the original post located?
I forgot to mention some ISOs contain MP3 files too.
Ok,it seems a usb run wiisx emulator.I am now using which goes to the black screen to choose yopur iso.I got a pack of BIOS and said has most every game,I do not see my ISOs,Just one of the BIOS and chose of the memorycards.trying tekken 3 and resident evil:nemesis.sorry for the confusion on version.Any clue why no ISO files shown?
I found that you need the usb device plugged into port 1, not the outter port used for Wii games.
