If you just want to play around you can live boot from USB or disc so you don't have to install anything. It will run entirely in your RAM but you won't have the speed of actually installing. If you want to install it as a program in Windows you can use the Mint4Win installer included on the live disc. You don't have to repartition and dual boot unless you actually want to. You can install Windows in Linux also.

If you've got a good internet connection and a DVD burner like most all of us do I would download and burn it myself. Go to their site pick a flavor and burn. Just check the MD5 before the burn.
