You will find that Fat32 will only except files of 4gb or smaller. What program are you using to transfer the files?

You can use a program called wii backup fusion to transfer your iso' into the wbfs folder in a wbfs format. There is an option in the settings to set the split of the file if it is over 4 gb.
Wii Backup Fusion is available to download in my sig or look a couple of posts up and you will see I have posted it to.
awesome, thank you!
too bad now the game freezes while loading, hopefully others won't.. Any suggestions for this? I think I am on IOS58

Did u use just a flash drive or two flash drives or an sd card and a flash drive?

It is possible. When I (bleep) a .wbfs torrent I receive a folder and inside the folder normally a .txt and the .wbfs. Now the file is normally named for example Mario Cart Wii. What you will need to add are the letters that are attached to the .wbfs inside the folder. Example.
Folder- Mario Cart Wii
wbfs - RMCE01.wbfs
Replace folder name to - RMCE01_Mario Kart Wii
Thats what works for me at least. Im sure there might be a different way but so far so good. Im not so sure I explained it well so if you have any question PM me personally and ill walk you through it.
Having a few problems
So I followed your instructions, I have got a few games on my FAT - WBFS external hard drive.
I used USB loader and everything worked fine for a while, but if I tried to quit the game the screen would go black and would freeze I'm guessing, also for example I was playing the first star level for Supermariogalaxy 2 and after I got the star and I'm guessing the it was trying to save or load, the same thing happened, the screen went black and didn't respond.
As a side question, am I supposed to put the folder wbsf folder that was included in the download on the SD card? or is that folder for the workings of the actual WBSF_Os x device?
One more question, when I'm playing these games from my hard drive, I don't need any disc inside my wii correct? and lastly when playing from an external hard drive how do things, ie progress in a game get saved??
Thanks for any help on these questions, I really really appreciate it!
