cile: looks like your the guru for uloader. I am having trouble loading uloader. It tells me no WBFS partition found.
I have uloader hermes 5.1E installed running off 1 40G FAT32 partition.
i convert Rock Band 2 from iso to cios and put the file in a folder called cios under the root directory. Is this correct or my problem?
any help is appreciated.
ps. i was able to run CFG loader off the FAT32 drive.
it should be in big letters CISO
Answering my own question. With Hermes retired and no one responding to my question after a week, I started digging into source code to find answer to my question.

All uLoader settings including parental password are stored on WBFS partition! uLoader actually creates a game named "__CFG__" and uses that game to store the configurations. I also believe that "per games" settings including covers are stored inside <game>.wbfs (I may be wrong on this one).
cile: thanks. i realized that i had spelled it cios and not "ciso".
 Greets Dudes, I'm having a few issues here after uloader updates my sd card with my wads... Then I start to load the games I get the message (fail loading fat ffs module) then it kicks me back to system menu anyone know what I need to do to fix this... I have used uloader before without issues.. Thanks all
Sorry My system info..
System Software: 4.2u
Games on: 8gb sdhc sd card (fat)
are you using uloader 5.1E and hermes cios 5.1
try formatting your sd to fat32(512byte sectors)
;) I'm using 5.1E uloader and I tried to load 222 cios installer through homebrew which errored out.. Isn't this the same as the Hermes cios 5.1 is it?? ... By the way, my softmodded wii has not been updated for a while because I have not had any issues playing games throught the conf. USB loader so I didn't see much point in it.. Maybe its time now... My wish list would be to load the all Wads, VC, gamecube and anything else though the configurable USB loader cause it rocks.... Its has played everything I throw at it..... :D Gotta luv it.. Man.. Ok back to uloader.... :(
install through wad link is in my signature
just install 224 and set uloader to use cios224 it should load the games....
CFG-doubt it will have gc usb loading....nand emulation a big maybe
hope this isnt a stupid question. I want to use uLoader to load wiiware/vc games. The section for wiiware/vc in the guide mentions a NAND folder and "NAND emulation" in the root of the SD drive, which I do not have and it doesn't explain anything about it. I tried searching the forums for NAND emulation, but there are no direct references (at least not on my first search).
Any help is appreciated
Mario golf confirmed working with skip boot option enabled (game options)
@ atomicrabbit, You simply create a folder named "nand" on the root of your SD or USB. Within that folder make another folder named"install", place your game wads in the install folder. Upon running the app, the games will be installed.
