I went ahead and copied stomps post to the recommended guides section.
It may seem like a simple procedure to do, but we often have to ask for system checks, and I can see why a new member would be clueless on the issue.
I believe this will help out alot, by having it in an easy to find location with all the other guides.
Thanx again Stomp for your wisdom and ongoing help in the community as well.
But I just follow the instructions....
"Step 4 - Delete The Stubbed IOS
a)Re-run Homebrew Channel and Load DOP-Mii again.
Choose the first option by pressing A (iOS:36), You should now be taken to a menu with three options: iOS, BC, mIOS.
Select iOS by pressing A. Go to iOS222. Under currently installed, you should 'Stub', Press - on your wiimote and press A to confirm.
Do the same un-installation process for iOS223, iOS249 and iOS250 also. Do NOT remove any Other IOS!
Once done, exit. "
Then what should I do... Install them again ...??
Lol, don't worry. You were removing possible stubs nintendo had placed on your console from the 4.2 update.
Hermes cios is an additional option that may or may not be included in a softmod guide.
You don't really need it to play backups, but it is good to have for alot of different reasons. I will find you the link and add it to this post.
