(This is only here because the site suggestions area didn't want to play)
I know and understand that we don't want everyone uploading images to the wiihacks server whenever they want ....but...as the links to images on third party servers expire or are lost (as happened with emuhack) could we not have images for tutorials on our server at least?
Just been looking at shadowsonic2's getting started with wiiscrubber tutorial here and all the images have disappeared.
Perhaps when a tut' (or anything) that is significant enough becomes stickied perhaps an admin could run through and copy the images required to our own servers and edit the links in the post to reflect local paths.
Bit of a chore I know, but also a chore for the contributors to find (or retake) screenshots etc and upload again. At least admins would only have to do this once.
shadowsonic wiiscrubber the pictures are there lol
Good idea! Some people learn better/quicker with picture's
Really, I cant see anything!!

If that is the case then my suggestion should fix that also as I can see everything else from wii hacks (and images in other tutorials).
Can someone paste the image URL in this thread so I can check to see if it is OpenDNS related?
I get nothing in Firefox and imageplace holders using IE.
Doesn't appear to be blocked but I get a blank screen.
Thought it might be because it's a png so looked at page source and found http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/2300/step5u.jpg
This tells me " 502 Bad Gateway The server returned an invalid or incomplete response. "
Direct links give me no info but trying to go direct to imageshack.us I get redirected -
Open DNS strikes again!!!
Oh well, still doesn't change my original suggestion, just that shadowsonic2's tut was a bad example for other reasons.

@bigjat - moved your thread over to Site Suggestions as you originally intended.
