Just finished it and updated the original post. I tried to make it as clear as possible, organizing each cup by listing the original track, then the replacement, followed by what files to patch. Any tracks which aren't yet sanctioned for the custom grand prixs are marked with a "// None". All of the tracks are in the order in which they appear in the game, so hopefully there won't be any confusion.Quote:
Maybe we could make a list of patched tracks so that everybody can have the same tracks and organize some races some time.
Enjoy guys. :)
nice update to the post Ithian
I am finally done everything i want but am not sure how to burn my project; I REALLY do not want to lose my work. Do I simply exit the progam and the ISO is all good to burn or must I save it somehow?
As you patch each file you have to make sure and save it somewhere. I keep a separate folder for my hacked szs files so I don't mix them up. Then, once they're saved, you take those newly patched files and replace them into the iso one at a time. Once they're in the iso then you're good to go.
I finished patching all the tracks listed last night. I got a chance try mushroom peaks today, holy smokes!! talk about insane!
Yeah it's a brutal track. I was just watching some youtube vids and came across this one of the designers racing through Mushroom Peaks and SNES Rainbow Road. Thought you guys would like to check it out.
The space road isn't too easy in itself my friends. Just had a go at it and Thwomp cave, that is pretty good also. Mushroom peaks just makes me wanna @#$%^&.:D
That was great at the end where he threw the turtles back at saturn as he was closing in!:D
i jsut patched all 12 tracks and hope it works
what a load of work..haha
remembering all those names n sheeyt
would only take half as long if SZS modifier had a better connection haha
