I finally did it
I installed my first mod chip today and it works perfectly.
When i started I knew nothing about modding, thank you all for the help!
By the way, it is a d2pro9 prsoldered to the wiiclip.
It just goes to show that if I can do it anyone can
Next up is the 360
The wii was a piece of cake to install the mod chips I thought....
Now the 360 on the other hand is a whole different beast as you are not installing a chip but instead you are just hacking the firmware on the DVD drive....A little more involved then modding a wii....You will also need to have a SATA card in your PC to hook up to the DVD drive of your Wii....
they are all easy:D.... I just hate removing the epoxy on the xbox 360 pcbs
flash is easy....less mess and less dangerous
i have read about the 360 and it seems fairly simple and cheap, 20 for a sata chipset. I will flash it next week if all goes well. It seems to take me so long to get to it because I am very cautious and make sure I have every angle covered. I dont want to brick 700 worth of equipment (wii,360)
Now if there were only a way to mod my ps3 I would be set.
Yep the 360 is easy, good luck to you on it :) the ps3 hopefully something soon, everyone is aching for it.
