Savemiifrii is functioning.. I think so.. Because I get 4.2(european) text in the downright corber of the screen.. How to boot anything with that? I also succeeded in running the Trucha bug restorer but wihtout wiimotes it's impossible to use the any title deleter... What now?

Good old IOS16, that's the baby I used to install cIOS.
I can't install IOS16 and Preloader won't support GC controllers, for some reason Priiloader won't either even though wiibrew wiki says that it can be used with a CG controller... Savemiifrii I tried with several games and none of them booted...
OK, well this lack of wiimote is complicated
No any title deleter
No cios installer
You need a cios, and you are only going to be able to install it as a wad. I believe this is a wad of cios38 rev14, I am at work so I can't check. If it is a wad, install it, then you can try to reinstall ios70 and sytem menu 4.2, or you could install ios30-v1040 and system menu 3.2- which may work better. If you install 3.2 also install ios50.
Wasn't there a special Wad manager for installing IOS16, WADmanagerIOS16 or something like that. Been 6 months since I used it.
I bet it doesn't support Gamecube though.
All I get is error 1035 or some other when trying to install any of these: IOS50, cios38 rev 14, 3.2 menus...
IOS70 lets me install and so does system menu 4.2E and K but nothing changes...
I read somewhere that wadmanagerios16 doesn't support GC controllers
It was the custom wadmanager, but it did not install ios16, it used it instead of ios36- I think.
If I remember, I installed it with wadmanager 1.3 using ios36, then custom wadmanager would install the cios, or something like that.
Try to uninstall stub ios249 now that you have trucha ios36.
Also, make sure you are changing the ios from 249 to ios36
You can install IOS70 and Sys Menu 4.2 because that's what you already have I guess.
I refuse to believe that there isn't a way to fix this. Bootmii has brought an almost infallible way to recover a Wii, surely a silly update to 4.2 shouldn't change that.
I wonder how hard it is to mod homebrew software to accept gamecube control. I have never looked at homebrew programming so I have no idea.
Okay, I'll try that tomorrow, I'll go sleep now. Should I try to uninstall with the IOS249 stub or some other IOS?
What do you mean by that?
