For good measure turn off the wii for 10 minutes, unplug it and push to power button while unplugge, then reboot.

launching IOS for the installer...
Try to bannerbomb the cios38 rev14 installer, select ios36 or try ios250 and install cios. If that fails, try to install cios38rev14.wad using wad manager and ios36 or ios250.
If you can get the cios reinstalled, try to reinstall priiloader as well. Try to load with bannerbomb, if that fails try to bannerbomb loadmii, then try to load the priiloader installer from loadmii.
Then once you get priiloader installed try to run the cioscorp uninstaller. This should replace all your cioscorp cios with original ios files. Hopefully fixing the black screen.
Then try to bannerbomb the hackmii installer.
Hi. I was able to reinstall cios38rev14 using ios36. But I could not install priiloader using bannerbomb and loadmi via bannerbomb. I get this error at the moment I press +, the following message appears.
Exception (DSI) occured!
followed by a bunch of numbers.
OK, we have the cios atleast. It installed without error? Try to install IOS36-64-v1042.wad with wadmanager, use ios249, then try the hackmii installer again.

Had installed IOS36-64-v1042.wad like you said with wadmanager via bannerbomb and used ios249. Installed without errors. But when I tried the hackmii installer I got the black screen again.
Black screens are no good.
Is your wii playing any games? Original or backup?
Try to bannerbomb the cioscorp uninstaller, or bannerbomb loadmii- then launch the installer.
You ios must be messed up good, probably a combination of the failed update and cioscorp install. The uninstaller will reinstall many ios files. If it will load.
Hi. Tried to download file 4 times and still get the corrupt file crc check failed error when extracting the file. Would you happen to have any other link for the uninstaller. Thanks!
Hi Maui. Your CIOSCorp uninstaller worked great. Many thanks!!!! I have installed Hackmii (bootmii as IOS only) and HBC and now making a backup of my nand. Although the backup disks could not be read. Would you recommend that I remove softmods and make my Wii a virgin and then update to 4.1 using "New 3.1-4.1 Softmod for ANY Wii" guide.
