In need of some help
Hello new to the site I modded my Wii few weeks back using this guide
So far everything that I have need to know I have been able to find in with Search (yes I love it to lol) anyway I now have a problem that search is not being very helpful with.
I have a some Pal games that when you get them to play they will work just fine. But when you exit the game (I'm just using the Wii menu) it will lock up the Wii. The light on the front is still green and the external HD light is also still on, but I get no signal from my Wii to the TV. I can't force the display cause then the game flickers and is unplayable. I'm still on system menu 4.0 (did not see a reason to update)
Also Im using gx loader r778 , Wiiflow 1.1 and Neo Gamma backup loader.
Thanks for any help and if this is in search Im sorry I just could not find it.
This happens on all three loaders? I remember having this issue and reading others having it as well. Don't know the fix, but I have not had any issues since upgrade to 4.1 and preloader install booting directly to usbloader gx.
I agree with Mauifrog, i would do the "safe" upgrade to 4.1 using Waninkokos upgrader, that might sort your problem out.

are you using cios rev14?
Yes sir bad thing is it only does it on some Pal games.
It is hard to say. Are these loaders on your sd card or are they channels? Also what settings are you using in your loader, you said force *** made your screen flicker- what settings are you using? Also this is only happening with pal- out of region? All pal or only some games?
I would try to screw with the loader settings.
If it is just a few pal games, I would download those in my region, or perhaps try a different copy.
If your loaders are channels, try loading from homebrew instead.
Try the newest version of usbloader gx, and neogamma.
One last thing, this is happening when loading off usb? Try puting a problematic game on another usb, or load it from disk
See if any of the above changes anything.
Temporary fix, if you know it is going to crash- just push the power button on the wiimote and reboot, this way you won't have to stand up.
best of luck.
they run off of channels for easy of use for the kids and the wife I do not have were I can use GX in homebrew but I can use the other one which I will try. I have messed with most of the settings and no matter what settings I use they still do it. But the idea of just turning it off with the remote never crossed my mind and intell I can find a permont fix that one works for me. Thank you all for the help and any new help that might help lol.
