Rule of Thumb for Dual Booting
I thought I'd just mention one more thing in case anyone has overlooked this small but significant detail. In order to set fat32 to active, it must be the first partition of your HDD and then WBFS partition to follow. After that, you must go to the settings menu of your USB Loader and the set the partition you want to load your Wii games from. Otherwise, it will not work.

The FAT32 tech is older than the WBFS tech and that's why it has to be set up as the first partition. If you want to dual boot 2 Windows OS's, same thing. For example, you MUST install WinNT before WinXP, otherwise WinNT won't work.
