Wow, thanks!! It seems my serial number does indeed match the batch of DriveKeys that may have been affected with these problems. Thank goodness, or I'd have no good explanation as to why my drive continuously spins.
I didn't even order my DriveKey from you guys and you're willing to replace it. That's awesome. I have purchased from you guys before, but not for this particular item. I thought the place I bought it from was supposed to have great support but I never heard back from them... or I lost the email. One or the other.
Either way, this is really great, and thanks so much! I'm sure I'm not the only one appreciative of this.
