There was no need to make this thread twice, please allow 24hrs for someone to respond before doing anything else. Anyway, if you have Priiloader than as the previous poster said, your Wii is likely fixable. Just wait for an experienced user like Mauifrog or someone to respond, they know what they're doing better than anyone and can help you fix your Wii.
If you proceed to try and fix it on your own you do so at your own risk, no one here is responsible if your effort result in a full brick.
1. Download your system menu version with NUSD (check pack->wad). Put the wad in the Wad folder on the SD card
2. Boot into Priiloader
3. Launch the Homebrew Channel
4. Run the wad manager, let it use IOS36 (or IOS236) if it asks and install the system menu Wad
Or just wait for Mauifrog.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE installing any system menu, you MUST make sure to install a NON-STUBBED version of the IOS that system menu version requires!!! If you do not, you WILL brick your Wii!!!
Do chapter 2 of the Guide: Softmod Any Wii, including the 4.1 system menu install. That will set you right.
