How does Dios Mios work with multiple disk games like Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes, and Resident Evil 0?
I have followed the guide step by step. I even reformatted my hard drive in order to start from scratch. The problem I am having is that
1) any wad managers that I use (at least wad man 1.7 and pimp my wii) both give an error when trying to read the USB drive. pimp my wii gves me the -1 error (not found) and wad man crashes to a screen dump.
2) I tried to install the DML 2.2 from SD card and it said it installed ok, but am still getting the copy to SD option instead of run from USB in USB Loader.
3) I tried using a USB Loader modded boot.dol as well so I could at least get the option to load the GC game from USB, but only get a black screen.
I have updated all my IOS's so that shouldn't be a problem. And I can run the games from an SD by installing DML lite and using Neogamma, so I know the GC ios's are ok.
Also my wii games run fine. I just can't seem to get the Gamecube game to run from the USB.
I have been googling and trying different things for the last 5 and half hours and finally have to admit defeat and ask for any input you might have lol. It's now 3:45am and I have to pack it in, but I'm stuborn.
Thanks in advance for any insight you can give me.
1) Sounds like a compatibility issue with the usb hd
2) Relace the usb loader boot.dol with this one and try again
3) No.2 should also fix this problem
Thanks for the quick reply, will try this when I get home later and let you know :)
Ok, I changed the boot.dol This did allow me to run from USB, butI am getting a black screen (no dios mios logo). I tried a reformat of the usb to fat32 32 clusters just to make sure (thought it may have been 256 clusters by default.
I then did a syscheck and it is showing Mios V10 even after the DML 2.2 install... is that normal?
Here is the syscheck info if it helps.... This is baffling me. I just want to be %100 that it is or is not a HDD compatibility issue. Like I say I am stubborn lol

ios58 doesn't look right
This is strange, I know that it should probably say USB 2.0, but running dop-mii it says ios58 is up to date. Is there a special patched ios58 that I need? I have been googling around and can't find a "patched" version.
