Your syscheck looks good, and thanks for letting me know that 4.1.3 is newest. I'll update my signature.
As for what your problem is, I'm not sure. Have you tried another loader? I prefer CFG. GX should work as well. (links to both in my sig should work with DM 2.10
I tried launching a GC game using CFG and it started moving it to the main partition of my HDD, even though I set the games partition to the one I made for the GC games. Perhaps the Wiiflow problem is the same?
Do you have the files on your SD or on your USB?
If CFG is trying to copy files, it's because you have them in one place and you need them in another.
Dios Mios Lite installed = games in sd:/games
Dios Mios installed = games in usb:/games
The other reason why CFG would want to copy files to SD, even if you have Dios Mios installed and games on USB is if you are using an older version of CFG, so make sure you have v70v51 (shows in the lower-right when booting on the splash screen.
I have the newest version of CFG and I have DM (not Lite). It was trying to move the games from the small partition of my USB drive (which I configured for DM games) to the main partition of my USB drive (which isn't configured for DM games). By configured, I mean set to FAT32 with 32kb clusters, like the guide recommends.
Umm . yeah. It can only see the first partition, so if you've got stuff on a second partition, DM won't see it and has to move it.
DM can only be used on the first, primary, active partition (not logical, not second, third, fifteenth). This is why we recommend you don't partition more than a single FAT32 partition using the entire hard drive.
Does it have to be 32kb cluster?
So just to be clear, if I want to use DM I must have my whole USB drive set to FAT32 32kb clusters?
No!You can have it Partitioned Or split the drive like so....

On the other side you can have it partitioned to Fat32 with 32Kb's Cluster and set as Primary & Active.
The Fat32 partition "Must" be seen first or it will not run properly.
But as I said, it definitely makes things easier if it is all one partition. :)
