Clicking on forum rules at the bottom of the page, I'm quite sure there used to be a lot more in there.

Looks like a generic rules message that comes with vbulletin. That's not the real forum rules.
Maybe Fatal could put a link to the real rules in there, just in case anyone clicks on it?
