In usercp top avatar displays nothing for me, But you can see avatar in next details with join date etc.

Yes, I imagine there is going to be quite a few bugs.. This was a big upgrade. Lets collect them all and i'll work on getting everything working. The awards system unfortunately is not going to make it. The developer has said that it was too time consuming and has abandoned the project. So if someone takes it over we can put it back on, if not.. we're going to try to find something else. There is one i have my eye on, but it is still a bit buggy, but even better the the experience one...
