    nice, I just downloaded it.

It's gunna take some getting use to. nvm, I had to check the menu bar, and now things are back to normal, except for the bigger viewing area. Nice.

Nice!! Will be trying this version soon. Thanks for the heads up.

Edit: downloaded it a few days ago and I must say...pretty! Looks clean and polished but still seems quite the same. Also got the new IE9 and that's pretty nice as well. But I'm a firefox guy myself so I'll stick with it. But again, very nice cosmetic changes and believe it's went final!

hi everyone my gf downloaded firefox 4 (update) and for some reason it will not load, a window pops up and says.......

""Could not initialize the application's security component. The most likely cause is problems with files in your application's profile directory. Please check that this directory has no read/write restrictions and your hard disk is not full or close to full. It is recommended that you exit the application and fix the problem. If you continue to use this session, you might see incorrect application behaviour when accessing security features.""......

she seems to think im some kind of interweb wiz kid but i dont know what it means so if someone out there has any ideas on how to fix it cheers, it would be easyer for me to help her if i was able to get to her pc but shes the other side of the world so thats not going to happen, i told her to uninstall firefox and then reinstall it but she told me she tryed that and it didnt work

    ideas?

No idea. I installed it today without a hitch. Tell her to uninstall and reinstall it again, but this time right click on the .exe file and select run as administrator. Might not help anything but it's all I've got.
