All your cIOS are stubbed. You need to re-softmod by following
    the softmod any wii guide-->http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html
Then your wii will be right up to date.

OK, so I followed the guide to update my mauifrog softmod verbatim. I'm doing great for mostly everything except using MMM from USB. I redid my hard drive using the FAT32 guide and loaded games onto my drive. The problem now is MMM won't mount my drive unless I switch IOS In MMM to 249. Even then, I'm unable to use app manager and when I load wads it takes almost 4 minutes for file browsing to start. In the past I have been able to use this drive with no issues.

I have confirmed it is on the compatibility list. I have no issues loading from SD card. Any thoughts?

What ISO is it loading to by default? If it isn't 58, that's most likely your problem. No idea how to change it, though.

Hmmm. That's weird. Try the other usb port(1),
and see if that makes a difference. If it does,
the issue is more than likely a problem with the
    usb port itself.
Although HBC can be fussy with Fat32 formatted HDD's.
SD card may be the only way for you.

I didn't ask if you think it's the usb port. Did you at least try my suggestion?
And like I said before, HBC can be fussy with Fat32 drives, and you might only
be able to use an SD card.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't think it's a problem with MMM itself,
    more an HBC thing.

Yeah I did try your suggestion. Thank you for trying to help me I really do appreciate it. It doesn't even read my drive in the other slot. I'm not sure I understand fully though. How can it be a HBC issue if I'm only having problems within MMM? HBC sees all my apps and they load up fine. I'm also having this problem on multiple wiis. It just seems a little weird because I used to be able to load wads from MMM on my wii a while back. I shut it off for a few months and when I powered it up again I lost this functionality. I didn't do any updates until after I found this issue. It's actually why I decided to update my softmod. Is there a way to look at the system files to see if I'm missing something? Thanks again - N

Sorry for the late reply lol.
Maybe MMM has become corrupt somehow?
Have you tried deleting it from your drive
    and re-installing it?
