Try deleting the sd/apps/usbloader_gx/gxglobal.cfg file, then launch gx again. Also, does it say "mounting usb1" or "mounting usb port 1", big difference there. Also, make sure any power saving mode is disabled on your HDD.

You won't brick from installing d2x v7. HERE is a link to the v7 wads. I suggest you try the above first though

**SOLVED**I am having trouble with the wiiware games I have. They show in the directory but when I select them I get a black screen and the wii freezes. The backup ISO images are working fine.

Where should I put the wiiware files please? I would rather have them on the USB hard drive. Do I need to inject them using showmewads or can the loader install them as Uloader does? What would the directory look like on the hard drive?

** SOLVED** I injected them with Showmiwads and they are working now.
    Thanks.

it shows mounting usb port 1, i had to go back to setting to change it to usb port 0 and it stopped saying mounting.... deleting gxglobal.cfg and disable sleep mode still makes no difference.

when i load usb loader gx it takes me back to wii channel and it worked again when i keep loading the loader.... and when i go back to apps>Usbloadergx gxglobal.cfg is recreated.... using usb to launch the usb loader gx but homebrew channel not on there so do i need to add hbc to the hard drive?

It should re-install it on the first page where there is a free channel space.
But I don't need to delete channel/forwarder in wii menu but move channels in usb loader gx - i have them randomized but i want to make my order

There are options for the list. You can do it alphabetically, by number of players, by favorites, I am not sure what else though, maybe times played.

BTW... that info about deleting the channel and reinstalling it is just crazy! If you want to move a channel in the Wii menu just press a+b to grab it and move it. I don't think that works in GX...now I am curious, will have to see if they put that in there.

I currently have IOS61 v22.30 1.1.0 I have tried to upgrade to the latest version of the usb loader i have followed these lots of instructions to try and get ios58 installed without luck
    http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...gx-v3-0-a.html
It come back with the same ios61 being installed.

Does anyone have any reason why this would not be working?
    Thanks in advance
