I really feel as though I'm missing something here - Some of the games work fine now, but a lot of games I used to be able to play don't work anymore. I've been making a list as I try all the games on my HDD

    Spoiler

Here's another syscheck now that I've probably reinstalled every IOS through looking at multiple tutorials

    Spoiler

Sorry about the double post, but I just wanted to say I found the problem - It turns out it was an issue with the actual files on the HDD. I should be able to figure the rest out for myself, thanks for the help!

I love the new channel view! The only bug I noticed is that if you show the nand channels and select gx it will freeze. I know there really is no reason to do that since you are alread in GX but I just had to see what it would do.

how do i get ios58 back so it can work with this loader? the one im using i have to keep on loading usb loader gx twice just for it to load the hard drive.... right now using 249ios 56 base and would like to go back to default base which is ios58, i guess the ios changed when i updated cios or dx files.

I think you may be a bit confused when it comes to IOS/cIOS and what they do. IOS58 shouldn't be gone unless you specifically deleted it, and is required mainly for the forwarder channel and the HBC.

Sounds to me like your drive is having spin up issues. That is also one of the fixes in the d2x v9 betas. I will upload a pack of d2x v9(beta49) within a few minutes and add it to this guide. Download the pack and extract directly to the wad folder on your sd card and install with a wad manager of your choice.

ios in mmm showing ios236 and ios in usb loader gx shows ios249 .... i hope this get fixed soon because it's annoying because sometimes usb loader gx doesn't and sometimes homebrew doesn't work on it. Also Wiimc new update, when watching video it stops the video and wiimc freezes up when the video hits 18mins...

The drive was working fine til I updated usb loader gx or the ios... I was on d2x v7 til i update it same with the ios... the games play fine though... also this issue with my sd card where it takes time for it to load files from it onto the hbc.

I update the d2x v8 to v9 now still doing the spin up issues and on the usb laoder gx , it keep showing changing usb port to 1 then can't find my games so now it's only showing the channels that i got on the wii channels. This is with both hard drive and sd card insert.

when I shut down the wii and turn the console back on without the sd card just the hard drive itself, still doing the spin off issues now it says mounting usb port 1 and now the games showing up... i guess, as long as the games are there I'm find but still annoyed by the spin off... would i brick the wii if i downgrade to v7? why does it keep saying mounting usb port 1 every time i load usb loader gx now?
