I was wondering, in any of the guides (almost anywhere) regarding installed D2Xver7 no one seems to talk what revision level to use, it's 21007 but no guides point that out (for example the screen shot in this guide). Even the original readme for the D2Xv7 has no proper reference to proper revision level to use, strange. I was wondering if that issue should be updated somewhere, otherwise someone could very easily get confused and install the wrong revision in the slot. For example I do:
Install D2Xv7-final slot 247, Base 57, revision 21007
Install D2Xv7-final slot 248, Base 56, revision 21007
Install D2Xv7-final slot 249, Base 56, revision 21007

Did you read the first post? There is no mention of SM # at all. It is for ANY wii.

A Moderator or Admin needs to fix this guide.
I've used several guides on wiihacks without any problems but this one is VERY confusing. Also in the 51 some odd pages of posts that follow, you have people on the fence, then that person changes their opinion a few pages later.
If someone replaces the ciosmaps file in the installer v7, it then becomes installer v6. Only after hours upon hours of reading, then you discover this.
I've seen "Have you updated your loader" many many times. Couldn't we just put that in the Guide? In BOLD "If you are having problems, PLEASE update your preferred Loader, and see if that helps."
I think we could also benefit by the guide stating that "If you have followed Mauifrog's guide within the past (time/date here) to softmod your Wii, then you already have xxxx, xxxx, xxxx, etc. so you will not have to worry about xxxx when this d2x cIOS guide instructs to do xxxx."
The d2x cIOS guide just needs cleaning up a little, strictly IMO of course.

Well Red, I went ahead and did it by installing the Wads with Batch install.
Installed 7 wads successfully.
I downloaded the wads and extracted them to the root of my usb:\ drive with my PC
I then placed the usb drive in the Wii
I then opened up HBC from that same USB drive. I opened MMM from the apps on my HBC
I selected to load 236 at the bottom of the page (the instructions will be there at bottom)
Somewhere along through here you will have to designate the SD or USB from where you are retrieving your files.
I then selected wad manager---->then I click on the .wad files I had just extracted to the root of the usb
if you hit the (+) button beside each .wad file you can then hit (A) and install them all at once (Batch install)
Read your instructions on the Wii & MMM. I may have missed a "Click (A) or Click (whatever button) to continue"
but you will be able to see that part.
All of the .wads should install (I had (7) in all to install) I assume all of mine installed ---(Version 7 that is)
I have not folled with v8 R41 as of yet.
Maybe this will help someone too.
