Can I put IOSnn-nn-vnnnn.wad inside the wad folder and install with wad-manager?
    Do I need to install both? e. g. IOS38-64-vnnnn.wad and IOS246[38]-vn.wad?

Hey guys, thought I'd chime back in. It's been how long now? A few months, right? Well, I figured I'd give this another shot... and well... turns out I was missing the IOS236 to actually get this thing to work, hence why many of my games weren't working. Well, some still aren't, but I finally managed to get Metroid Prime Trilogy to work. So, I consider that a partial victory.

However, Muramasa: The Demon Blade doesn't want to work now, and has a perpetual "reading disc" thing going on. Not sure what's causing it, but do you think it has anything to do with these cIOSs? Or is it something else entirely?

I'll post this in the appropriate thread anyways, just to check in with anyone else.

    Looking for some help.
map236.xml and Rename it to ciosmaps.xml and place it sd/APPS/d2x cIOS v7 Installer v3.1/
it over writes previous version. am i doing this right?

Load the HBC and load the d2x installer
    - Select IOS36 or 236 to use during the instllation.... I don't see this option
    - Select cIOS to install <D2X v7>.....I see D2X v6 not V7
    - Select base IOS i.e <56> this option is <36> and i can't change it
    - Select cIOS slot i.e <249>
    - Press A to install

@phed No, the ios 38 wad you just put in the root if you're using the d2x cios installer. If youll install the cios as wads just install those with wad manager or whatever you like

You dont see 36 or 236 because you have IOS 58 and its using it. Thats a good thing.

You dont see d2x v7 because because you replaced the ciosmaps.xml that had v7 with the .xml that has 236. So, redownload the installer and dont add 236.

Select bases with the wiimote's d pad :/

Does this need to be done if I've followed Maui's 4.3 Letterbomb guide? or is everything up to date still.

    A couple questions

I have used d2x (online version), and manually installed wads using Wainko's <----(sp?) wad manager. I tried both methods and sucessfully installed cios 249 (56) and 250 (57). However when I go into Wiiflow and check the settings for COD Black Ops, I am unable to select either of those ios'. I see 222, 224, 248, etc but none of them work. Also, on an unrelated note, my buddy's wiiflow doesn't have the option to set to "player" instead of "main" so he can watch the video for Sports Resort so it will work. Just 2 looming issues I havent been able to fix. Any help is appreciated. I even tried to re-hack my Wii using the Modmii program which is very cool I must say. Thanks!
