Go to IOS 249, immediatly patch IOS 36, then either leave MMM and continue with the guide. REMEMBER TO FORMAT YOUR SD CARD AND READD MMM!

    Help needed

I have 4.3E Wii and I softmodded it, can I unmod it anyway by using this guide?

I don't remember did I make backup of my nand, if I didn't then I'm in problems..

Formatting system memory would not help at all?

yes, you can follow this guide that is why it is called "Remove Softmod From Any Wii". you don't need a nandbackup, and formatting system memory will not help.

Yes, you downgrade to 4.1 in the guide. Just follow everything and dont skip anything unless it says optional.

    Error on IOS 250- 254

    Hi,

I followed your steps to step 3b but can't seem to get rid of this error: When I install the fresh IOS's, IOS 250-64-v65280.wad and 254-64-v65280.wad fail with Title (-1035). My sysCheck is as follows:

    sysCheck

I've tried just deleting and reinstalling those IOS's again, but no luck. They're still not clean.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks!

You IOS 36 is not there, it needs to be patched. Repatch (step one)then remove IOS 236, it and rerun the IOS pack with only, IOS 250,254, and the one named TIOS36.

Thanks for the help, but I tried what you said (I didn't have an IOS236 installed), and I still get those two errors. I tried completely starting from scratch now that my IOS36 is properly patched (I must've used WAD Manager to install it last time, there was no express mode option, luckily that noob mistake didn't cost me my Wii.) But still, no luck. My sysCheck is now:

    sysCheck

Could I just continue with the guide then use the official Nintendo update to kill those last cIOS's? Or is that just stupid?

My Wii is a launch Wii too, LU3088, if that helps.
