I have followed all the way successfully up until step 3. Ending step 2 and rebooting the WII while holding the reset button and verified priiloader was successfully removed. 3a is where I am having the issue. I am unable to boot to MMM again. If i hold the reset button while booting, it still goes to the health check screen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm too much of a newb to be helping, BUT I had the same issue. MMM will not load unless you have something in your "apps" folder. Double check to make sure you have the proper files on your sd card.

yes, if the appropriate files are not on your sd card it won't work.

No, you cannot follow this tutorial if you cannot read the PLAIN text found in the "Prestep" portion.
    1. Run a Syscheck and compare it with the one below. (This syscheck was taken on a not so recent version. Will change when wii is available.
    2. If you are running (rev 65535): all down the list, you have CIOSCORP/DARKCORP installed. Follow This and then continue following this guide.
Why don't you compare that with what the syscheck reads and tell me if you fit the criteria?

IOS236 [36] rev65535 Is this cioscorp? I followed the presteps and cisocorp removal

    Spoiler

I followed the presteps and cioscorp removal guide using cios_dark_236.zip and ios236 installed.

    I noticed :

IOS236[36] rev65535 there. Is that cioscorp? Did I do something wrong?

    Am I safe to proceed?

well, further reading in the guide, most people recommend reading the guide twice before you actually follow it, you will find out that you need install ios 236 for the guide to even work.

I think i should make this guide remove darkcorp as well in a latter addition; so it will properly uninstall everything and there will not be 10 pages of "Can i proceed"

A couple questions on the guide:

    Step 2/3:

"1.Format your SD card and place MMM on your SD card."
Necessary files were mentioned above. What exactly are the files I need to keep on the card for it to boot? /apps/MMM/ obviously. boot.elf. Whatever IOS folders that are to be installed. Anything else? I kinda don't want to screw this up.

syscheck is workable, yes? At least seems to be given what others were said.

    Spoiler

    Thanks for the guide ^^

You need the apps folder, and the WAD folder, which all come in a convenient package. I forgot to remove the 1. when i updated the guide. Yes, syscheck is doable.

    Ios55

When I get to step 3b 35 install fine but one fails. The one that fails is IOS55( according to IOS Manager it is used by modern games and Wiiware). The whole thing doesnt fail. It says installing 1/1: IOS55-64-V5663.wad - Content 9/15 (-1022) . Can I proceed or What do I need to do to continue. If it helps I have some wiiware installed.

After some testing and some help from a chat room person.I got it fixed. Thanks
