    Please help. I had a HDD 500Gb (FAT32) was loaded all right. Put the HDD 1000 Gb (FAT32) when you run the game through (Mighty Channels) long hanging black screen (min 2 - 3) and then start the game. Run through IOS249 v.17 (set IOS202 v4, IOS222 v4).

    USB loader works well, the only problem is Mighty Channels and Triiforce.

    Thanks for any help.

    Any benefit to this? I'm thinking you wanted a cleaner look in showmiiwads... Did your nand folder file size go down any?

    Well, first I wanted to know if games in MC were loading IOSs from the emulated NAND or the real NAND. Looks like they load from the real NAND, because I deleted all IOS/cIOS and SysMenu, and untill now all games works fine. Second a cleaner look in ShowMiiWads is nice. The file sizes went down a bit too. Deleting just IOSs and SysMenu the size went from 591 to 557MB... just 34Mb less, but if it is unnecessary files, why keep them?

    Yeah they don't run from the IOS on the emulated nand. That would not work.

    Also they don't use IOS either. They use cIOS (249 to be exact) the same thing mighty channels and triiforce uses to load.

    Same with a USB Loader, it doesn't use the IOS to load games...only the cIOS.
    Damn I suck!!!!

    Funny. My friend has a Wii that I did a lot of mods for him and he is using an old WD hdd that only has around 160 gigz of space. I set a partition at 10 gigz fat32 and did everything for MC. Worked perfect with no problems at all. So I like what I saw and tried it on my Wii. I have a newer WD hdd 750 gigz passport that has worked perfect for everything. Set a partition at 15 gigz fat32 and did the same process. When MC loads it says it cant find the game list. Tried putting the files on the SD card just to verify that the nand wasn't corrupt. Worked great on the SD card but cant have any games on the SD cause there is not enough room. Anybody else have this problem?

    not detecting your hdd..how is it partitioned

    did you give rev21 with base 38 and 36 see if it picks up the hdd

    @StarGoon:
    Make sure your FAT32 partition is set to active and try accessing your HDD from HBC or USB loader before trying MC.
    I have to do this to 'spin up' the drive I use as some drives idle or 'sleep' when not accessed for a while and MC seems to lack a USB init module.
    Saves me from 'I can't get title list -1' errors
    (using 249[38]v17)
