In mauifrogs guide you made a suggestion to add a seperate section for MD5's so people can see what has been changed. Do you plan on doing this?

    Thank you for this -

About Darkcorp, should it be "uninstalled" before doing this? When following Maui Frogs guide for new Wii's - I ignorantly installed Darkcorp without realizing that the new DVD drives are now useless. I've saw the guide for uninstalling cscorp/darkcorp - but it's not yet updated to the version of Darkcorp in Maui Frog's guide. Would doing these updates rid me of Darkcorp? Or do I need to wait until there is an updated guide for that version? Thank you for your help!

I mentioned this but I see it's still in the guide so I want to point out that if you don't have a korean wii you should remove the following IOS from the pack BEFORE installing.
    IOS41-64-v3607.wad
    IOS43-64-v3607.wad
    IOS45-64-v3607.wad
    IOS46-64-v3607.wad
    IOS48-64-v4124.wad
These IOS are Korean and serve no purpose on E/U/J Wii's (other then wasting space).

Edit: It should be noted that there is no reason to do this if you are on system menu 4.3.

Also, to clarify about new games and IOS updates, this will not help you play newer games from a backup loader. In regards to games, this is only helpful if playing the original disc from the disc channel or loading a backup disc via Modchip.

    Nice guide!
I liked these in your thanks:

Everyone who hates filthy pirates (here come the out-of-line PM's).
Nintendo before they only used updates to brick Region Converted Korean Wii's and to kill homebrew.
Mountain Dew for depriving me of sleep the past 2 months.
All the newbies who threatened to update to play games, thus forcing me to make this guide. The girls who have rejected me, thus giving me plenty of free/lonely time to work on this guide.
    Whoever I forgot.

Im taking a guess but the ios' where probably d/l using ModMii which includes the Korean ios' when you do a batch d/l.

You could have two packs one including the main ios' and if need be for a Korean wii the user will need to d/l the second pack.

Probably, regardless they don't need to be installed on a E/U/J Wii.

Yes having 2 packs would be a good idea...or just removing the Korean IOS entirely.

I'm going to do a changelog instead, since the IOS's won't be updated until/if there is another System Menu update.

Since I didn't include the System Menu IOS's (and I don't intend to, for a number of reasons), this won't completely get rid of DarkCorp. I also don't know if DarkCorp patches anything other than the IOS's. For all I know, using this guide with DarkCorp could result in a semi-brick, but someone like Krank or mauifrog could probably provide more insight.

I am working on making it an optional step, and will try to have the guide changed by tonight. I want to change it all at once. I didn't think people were going to be using this guide so much. For now I will just remove the Korean IOS's. I will make sure to add the 4.3 note as well. Thanks.

@us3rname: When I wrote the part about girls who have rejected me, I laughed, but then died a little inside.

I just finished making Korean IOS's a separate download. I decided to make all the steps for Korean IOS's blue.

I would appreciate some feedback on it, because I'm not sure if it was the best way. I might just give Korean IOS's a separate spoiler if people think that would be clearer.
