Yes, it is compatible with all Wii's. Post your problems with NeoGamma in messie's guide.

So I have a 4.2 modded previously with a conglomeration of several methods... it has homebrew, priiloader, bootmii, etc... so when I launch this from homebrew, it starts bootmii instead??? Why is that?

Are you saying when you choose MMM from HBC it launches bootmii?? Or do you mean when you select "Launch bootmii" from HBC it loads MMM?

Please be more specific....what softmod guide did you follow...? Did you download MMM (multi-mod manager) from this guide or somewhere else?
    Damn I suck!!!!

Sorry for the vague post.. it was late ;-). So I downloaded MMM from the link here, and it launches fine... don't know why bootmii was starting before.

Look in the error index. You need to install using an IOS with the trucha bug (36, 249, 250).

Load the IOS you want to use with the bottom option in MMM, go to wad manager, install.

Why would I tell you to do that if it would break your Wii? Don't ask silly questions.

I have been working on a guide in my spare time, and it uses MMM. Do you mind if I add a link to your guide for people who want more info on MMM? I figured I should ask permission from the owners of guides I mention.

    PS: Great guide.
