when you installed cMIOS wad, it overwrote the mios you had installed
when you uninstalled the cMIOS wad, it took out the mios alltogether

    if you're talking about cIOS's,
    you'll have to reinstall them

just don't do it and you won't have to worry about it

Well, if they are patched System Menu IOS's, then you could recieve a full brick. There isn't any reason to delete them anyway. Having cMIOS installed didn't have any negetive effects on your Wii. Deleting any IOS below 200 can brick your Wii, but that doesn't mean there is a reason to delete ones over 200.

I installed and checked it out, nice work! But....which ones should I even be updating? I read in several places to leave the lower ones ALONE. But some of the higher ones it 'appears' that my versions are higher. My Wii is only a few months old ( black).

If it is only a few months old, then you probably have the latest IOS versions. Dop-Mii v12 only has IOS versions up to System Menu 4.2.
