To check run a syscheck, look for IOS222/223 (should be v4).

Rev17 won't work at all for you because you are using NTFS. Again, my solution was to use IOS222/223 to load the forwarders...not sure what else to suggest. You might have to start again with a fresh nand dump. Are you sure you are waiting long enough for the games to load (they take between 10-30 seconds sometimes.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Have left 'Goo running a good 2-3minutes each time, and with USB Loader GX giving me stuck dumps and the remote becoming unsynchronised almost immediately I'd say this was long enough for CFG to either work, or, in this case, not.
    Will run a syscheck now....

Sorry to be such a nuisance. Your help is very much appreciated.

    @Krank
SysCheck comes back with the following.
IOS222 (rev 4): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS223 (rev 4): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0

As you mentioned it might be my drive at fault - it's a Seagate Expansion 1TB and I've never had any problems with it previously.

The only thing I can suggest is try a different drive. Maybe formatted to FAT32...NTFS might be what is causing it to fail.

I don't have another drive to hand, so looks like I'm defeated.
I'm going to remove rev17 and go back to 20 now, so everything is as it was before this mess started. I don't know which settings I used when originally installing it though. I'm hoping all my games / instruments etc. still work. Bugger.

I had an idea to use this as an alternative to the problematic triiforce for wiiware titles.

The question is that I can't seem to make it happen. WiiBackupmanager crashes.

use Wad2ISO first, then when you use WiiBackupManager it crashes as you convert to wbfs..

I am assuming that Configurable USB Loader only uses wbfs files.

Searched for a while here and could not find anything on this.

    Thanks

I would suggest using uLoader for vc/wiiware

swapping your hdd to fat32 will make everything easier for you loading games, nand emulation etc all of one partition(if you swap to fat32 wad2ios is good choice)

since you can use iso under 4gb

    Thanks Cile,
I tried uLoader and I personally thought it was a little plain, not only that I had too many issues with it and I gave up..

I want to use Configurable USB Loader to load wiiware off fat32\ntfs. I guess my question is can you go from wad to wbfs and make it work?

there is no reason to conver to .wbfs the iso you get from the wad wont be more then 4gb

so you just put the iso in /wbfs/title/game id.iso

    just worked something out....
the older 4.0 wad2iso only created 4gb ISO's........I just updated it and now and using wad2iso 4.6...much smaller ISO...
I will see how it goes.
    THANKS again Cile

ok the small iso's are there....great.

but when starting it is saying "can't find loader.dol" for the wiiware, I transferred a game of my original MySims and that works fine.

    the drive is definatly FAT32..!!

    any idea?

hello everyone, 1st thanks for the easy guide, im at the last step 5. right before i compile the iso. my question is this is each wad iso going to be like a disch iso, i mean 4+ gigs or will they all be relatively small files like their wad counterparts. i ask because i have limited disk space, about 30gigs left on my comp. and im trying to do alot of wads at once and didnt want to run out of hd space. thanks in advance.

did one at a time and no issues, they are small files afterall thanks
