Finally i have it working after 3 weeks, 250+ beer, 3 carton cigarettes, 4 hard-drives, 6 women and 3 bottles Tequila (LOL) and lots of trying on several USB loaders with different settings. Thanks hard workers for all the info !
What made mine work: WD HDD 160GB (old)
    USB Loader GX with settings:
    BOOT/Standard: IOS 222
    Partition WBFS1
I couldn't get FAT too work (is my preference due to unlimited games in folder) WBFS partition only holds 500 games
    Error 002 fix yes

Just remember play first with some settings before you start over and over like i did...
and sometimes it takes about 30 seconds up to 1 minute to boot the game after you start it !!
Be Patient !! get some more tequila ! hahaha

Any info to get this to work with games on FAT32 HDD ROOT:/wbfs/gamename[id]/

I keep on trying this without any luck

it is possibile to change the Loader.dol file into the nandgames folder?

just because i can start more games using triiforce mrc 10b but instead using usbloader gx

    on 4.1 E , ciosx rev17 and hermes v4 on Usb Fat32

    most of games don't boot

is there some particular options to set?

    thank you very much!

    Question Loader issues...

    Hello fellas.
Awesome work on this guide and the associated tools, all very handy.

Having some trouble getting this to work, have tried all the methods listed (I think) and still get stuck at the same point.
My games show up in my loader (CFG, but also tried GX) but when I click them, although I get the appropriate banner sound (VC or WiiWare) I then get a black screen and the remote disconnects. (using Loader GX I get a stack dump, and it returns me to the HBC, but CFG Loader just hangs at a black screen indefinitely, doesn't return to wii menu or anything.)

I've tried with World of Goo, as this has been stated as a working WAD.
I have cIOS rev 20, Priiloader region free-ing everything, and a HDD with FAT and NTFS (WBFS folder) set up as per instructions)
My FAT partition is set to primary and active, and my nand dump is in the root. (do these folders need to be inside the "nand for isof" or all in root - i've tried both, but clarification is an issue. also, do i need the original WADs folder there too? again, have tried with and without)

It should be noted all my WBFS disc rips work fine from both tested loaders.

I've also tried using WAD2ISO with default settings, and changing the hook type to VBI to no avail. Should I be changing regions in there somewhere?
    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi! I use this guide in some minutes ago and works! Folders inside "nand for isof" must be on root. Original WADs not needed, but you need copy folder "NandGames" from Wad2ISO install path ex. "C:\Program Files\Wad2ISO\" also on root.

    Thanks for the reply.

I do have the NandGames folder in the root, along with the nand dump folders. I still get the black screen.

I thought it might be a rev 20 issue, but from the looks of reading previous posts in this thread people on 20 have had it working.

Well triiforce does not work with rev 19/20 so I don't know why this would. I have tested and it does not work for me with rev20 --- with rev17 it works perfect. Also works if you set the iso forwarder to load with cIOS222 or 223.
    Damn I suck!!!!

I got the impression from this thread people HAD got it working on rev20, but thanks for the clarification.
I will drop to r17 (is this the most stable option?) later and see how it goes.
Just as a side note, are there any disadvantages of dropping to r17? Should my wbfs games still work?
