I'm in PAL region, but my Wii is NTSC-U. If I change my NTSC-U Wii to PAL. Can I get RGB signals from my scart cable?
    Any answer would be appreciated.

You can get PAL 576i with component cable, that is all I know.

The TV has no component(ypbpr) output, it has only scart(rgb) like most PAL TVs, and I don't wanna hook up with HDTV. What I wonder is that if we're using the exactly same system worldwide, can a NTSC Wii provide RGB signals?

I have no idea, only thing I know is that all wiis are the same. So a NTSC usa wii can do anyting a PAL euro wii can with the proper setting changes.

I've successfully changed my region using your guide. It is 4.1e now. Your guides are awesome, thank you.

    Angry Completely ruined my Wii

Hi, i tried this so i could play Japanese games. So i did it, and when i was done, at the comments section i saw you said this wasnt for that. So i wasted my time.

Now the problem is, i can't change my Wii back. The language is Japanese. The Japanese game still doesnt work. When i try to go to system settings, it gives me a Opera error. I cant run this region changer again, because it says he's not the system menu (others have it too).

Is there a way to completely undo this please? The homebrew stuff can be gone if needed. I dont need them.

    Some mentionable things i have:
(I think) a modchip. At least i can still go online with lastest update.
(First it was) PAL, Eur, Netherlands.
    Homebrew channel.
    dx2 ios.
    236 ios.

Sorry if i violate some rules, and have never mentioned myself on this forum. I stumbled on this on Google, now my Wii is a mess and i need to know how to fix it. After that you guys can completely forget about me.

When you load any region changer ensure you select a cios with es identify patch, base 36 or 38 cios usually work, whichever one you uses the first time. Also if you have a mod chip it also needed to be reconfigured for the new region after the change.

But how do i do it then? I did everything untill "Are you want to install RgnSel + EULA" -Select YES, press A''

    After than this happended.

Oh, and my little sister wanted to play Guitar Hero (for the first time in a year....). Seems normal games dont work either anymore. Also tried it with another game. I cant reconfigure settings for modchip, because this wont run anymore and i get Opera error on system settings. Please help? My little sister keeps whining me to fix it every hour.

And that Japanese game i tried with Configurable USB Loader, TinyLoad and Gecko OS. Didnt work either.

Edit: I tried again choosing ios 236 and i could change it back to PAL. Problem(?) is im stuck on 4.1

    PAL disks on NTSC region

When I change my region from pal to NTSC my output change to ntsc too.
But If I run PAL disk will it run on NTSC framerate? (as you may know pal games run like 16~20 % slower than ntsc)
Im currently using progressive mode so I hope my PAL disks run at 29 fps

    Thank you!
