If you continue to spam this board (wiihacks), I'll suspend your posting privileges. Posting in Wii-U? And then here? WHY AGAIN? I have manually approved the prior post, but the Wii-U did post without mod intervention. Please review the site rules, they're pretty clear on what we expect of you as a user here.
can I ask you one small thing though since you mentioned this??
What is "mod intervention"
The other thing I wanted to mention is the wii I have is not a wii-U it is an older wii with game cube capabilities. I take it the 4.3u is for wii-u not standard wii consules??
I'm even more confused.....going to consult forum search......
New users with extremely low post count that include a link of any kind get auto-moderated. This means if you went to review your post afterwards, you'd not find it --- nor could any other standard user. Mods would see it and it would require them to manually intervene (whether to approve, delete, edit, whatever is appropriate in the case at hand).
And use the "EDIT" button --- please refrain from making successive (one after the other) posts. If someone replies, seeks clarification, etc then it's fine and dandy. Otherwise as per site rules, you're supposed to wait 24 hours before what otherwise would be called "thread bumping," that idea.
I get that thread bumping and stuff. so i click reply under your message and then reply if I am messaging on the same thread that I started....but if I am messaging to the main thread topic I would click reply to thread and that would put my message at the top which in turn would be considered to be the thread bumping....right? Then the edit is if I am editing my last response, before you get a chance to respond, right?----I deleted what I said "I found out what 'mod' is....i think....never mind." because of what u said. I didn't know 'mod' was 'moderator'. I looked it up and it said modification.
-----When I posted the original message to this thread I hit post then I got a popup screen that went too fast for me to read, so I clicked back 3-4x to read the whole thing. If it seemed to spam your wall I apologize, maybe....just a suggestion...the one who controls the site could set that screen to say 'your post has been sent for review, <click here> to return to the previous thread' or, instead of a 5 second turn over, give it 10 or 15 seconds, otherwise you may have a few more people that suffer from slow reading syndrome or dyslexia spamming your board because they had no clue what that page said nor where their post went because of the review process.
Also, I wanted to say, please understand, I NEVER meant to piss you off, and you didn't have to come off as mean as you did.
It is obvious that I am new to this, and yes I did what every other yahoo does here; scan the rules and clicked ok. After the other day I read them, by the way. I obviously didn't pay very close attention to the 24 hour detail.
I was just hoping to find someone at the time that could help me understand how to connect my wii to the internet so that I did not brick my wii, since I bought my wii preinstalled with HBC on it. When I do connect, I keep getting a message when I try saying "the connection test was successful perform a wii system update now? wii support code 61212"
When you respond, please, give me the respect to talk kindly to me. Although I fully understand your reasoning behind your method of response due to my lack of comprehension and understanding of the rules, I did get a bit emotional the other day after reading your response. (I didn't know what I did wrong and I felt like I was getting yelled at) I want you to know I will do all I can to respect your rules as well as comply with them to the best of my ability!

Sometimes a user (me, you, someone else) will click with quote/reply in a busy thread to provide context. If you post, then three other people post (but not about anything you ask, perhaps something else and unrelated), quoting alleviates guesswork as to what issue and who is being addressed. In other words, this:
(Purely an example) post #3 is where you say I'm stuck at Priiloader. Post #4 is another user who simply thanks the guide writer and that's it. Post #5 is yet another user asking if this guide is compatible, current, whatever. Post #6 is another user saying is there another loader he can try for problem xyz. With intervening posts, at times it's wise to quote to let the previous user know you are acknowledging him, replying to him, etc --- so that the folks involved in the thread don't get confused and think you are addressing their posts.
How do I put Homebrew channels as channels ON the Wii home screen (if that's even possible)?
Thanks in advance!
I am attempting to hack The Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword with Gecko OS in order to not only skip to the end of the game (I got a new Wii and I had previously beat the game on my other Wii), but also get unlimited health and all the items. These are the codes I have decided to use:
Have Stone of Trials: (early access to last dungeon)
My question arose when I booted up Gecko OS. I had saved the .gct file to the "codes" folder of my SD card, and I have formatted my SD card to FAT16. However, it gave me the following message: "No SD codes found. Launching game". I have hacked other games on this Wii before, such as Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Bros Brawl, NFS: The Run, etc. It is only Skyward Sword that it cannot find codes for.
Anyone out there, if you even have a GUESS, please help.
