there is another game, My Sims Racing

if the GC controller is plugged while booting, then the game will will want to use GC controller by default and the Wiimote will not function. That is fine if you intend to use the GC controller, but if trying to use the Wiimote and forget to unplug the GC controller, one may think the game has locked up.
