This is awesome, thanks for the quick tutorial, I too loaded it through Loader GX with no flaws, it would be nice if I could add a shortcut as a channel, is that what the forwarder.wad was supposed to do?

I have the Roku box setup on another TV, I was waiting to be able to do it from the Wii as well, watching Netflix through the Wii is way better than the Roku box, you can browse more via Wii whereas with the Roku box I can only watch what's in my Netflix queue.

HMM!!! I have an idea for adept hackers and programers. I have the Netflix Disk works great through wiiflow. Here are my thoughts: The wii does not support live video streaming straight from the internet. The Netflix disc opens this up but only to netflix. Is there possibly a back door here for lets say just a pure works with almost any website streaming manager. May sound crazy i dont know but sounds like something team tweasers should look into. Netflix has already wrote the program now it needs tweeking.

    Hi Everyone,

Great stuff this is! I use WiiFlow as my usb loader. I am trying to create a channel for Netflix using Wiiflow. I have tried Loadstuctor and Crapv2.7b but neither offer a loader for WiiFlow. I added the Wiiflow forwarder dol used by the Starry Night Forwarder to both Loadstructor and Crapyv2.7b and was able to create a channel. The channel loads fine showing the red Netflix screen but when I click the Start button it just runs WiiFlow. It does not run the Netflix title. Has anyone been able to create a working channel for Wiiflow? Does anyone have any insite on how I can get my channel working? Am I seeing a limitation of WiiFlow since this seems to work for USB Loader GX? Thanks for the support...

    Hello MrGreg:

WiiFlow is Independent of Channels on the homescreen... Basically what i mean is a channel that is on the home screen is a "shortcut" to the ISO on your HDD.... Wiiflow is a GUI that looks at the ISO that are on the attached HDD and creates a list with covers and such.... You dont need to have Wiiflow launched to have a Channel Forwarder Work... I have attached a Channel forwarder for you on the first post of this thread... I have created it with Loadstructor and Works great on my 4.1U Softmod and with the Netflix ISO on my USB HDD... Just take the .wad that is in the link and put it in the wad folder on your sd card and then load WADManager and load it and then if sucessful you will have a Netflix ICON on the homescreen that if you click and launch it will/should take you to Netflix ISO on your HDD and run like if you loaded it through wiiflow... Hope This Helps!!!

    Hi emuhack,

Thanks for your reply. I have tried your forwarder and it will not work for me because it requires your games be on a WBFS partition. I have a single FAT32 partition on my external drive with apps and games. You used Loadstructor and choose cLoader as the loader dol when you created your forwarder. cLoader is based on Waninkoko's Loader and requires a WBFS partition. The loaders that Loadstructure uses require that you have the app installed. Remember these are forwarder channels that depend on the app you are forwarding to. So if you choose ConfigUSB Loader Forwarder as your loader, you must have Configurable USB Loader installed in your apps folder. Same thing for usb loader 1.1, usb Loader 1.5 and Yet Another Loader. You must have the apps installed you are forwarding to. I also tried a Netflix forwarder that I think I found in this thread that forwards to GX USB Loader. Same thing here I do not have GX USB Loader installed as an app on my Wii so the forwarder fails.

I realize that WiiFlow does not have to launched to have a channel forwarder work. I use a channel forwarder to run Wiiflow when I want to play a game. It is much easier than running Homebrew each time I want to run a game. I will continue to try and figure out how to make a forwarder that uses Wiiflow to run Netflix but will most likely fail. Perhaps I will try and create a channel like Homebrew uses. In this case the app is fully embedded in the channel. It is not a forwarder and does not require the app to be the apps folder. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks for your support...

    Us I'm probably just stupid

Lets start off with stating I work with computers, not wii's :-) Anways, I have a Netflix disc coming in the mail tomorrow for the Wii, and after reading this thread I wanted to know in order to use the Netflix for the Wii, do I have to be using a USB loader? I have a soft mod on my Wii, but it's not with a USB loader. Thank you in advance for anyone that might be able to point me in the right direction so I can get a clue
