    Strange that you are getting an error related to Python. I am able to run it just fine without it installed. But I did just look at the readme file and this is what it says:

    === Requirements: ===

    If you are using the source release:
    - Python 2.5 (or newer) - Python Programming Language -- Official Website

    What release are you using?

    I'm using a Dell, and as far as I know it's up to date.
    Well, I'm using the newest realese. Release 2 I think.

    What is python? And why do I need it to open Reggie?

    I'm not sure what it is but I have seen it around. I'm not sure why I didn't have to install it and why you are getting an error regarding it. If you want to install it just to see if it fixes your problem you can google it. It wont hurt anything. I believe 2.6.5 is the latest version that is stable. m\Make sure you download the windows installer version. It will be labeled something like windows installer .msi.

    Yes, I'm installing it as we speak.
    I just don't know why it's not working. If I can't get it to work maybe I'll try it in another computer.

    Thanks again to everyone who tried to help me, it was very much apreciated!

    Try right clicking on it, go into properties, compatibility, and select it to run as Windows XP SP 2 or SP 3.
