Make sure the Dest. Area of the pipe to be entered matches the Area of the destination pipe. Might be what's causing you to go back to your entrance in the same area.
Worked like a charm, Thank You. I never really payed attention to that setting until you said something.
EDIT, worked until I tried to get back out! I have tried everything I can think of, even deleted the pipe and made a new one. I have the dest id set to 2 area 1, on area 1 the return pipe id is 2. I have tried extending the pipes beyond the confines of the zone as well as leaving them inside. The return pipe is in zone2, still area 1. Does that make a difference? I have tried placing the entrance at the bottom of the pipe lefthand side, as well as the top lefthand side. I am stuck in area 2 now. The pipe I am trying to enter is set to enterable, and the exit is set as unenterable, as it will just be an exit back into area 1.

For the following, I will show 4 pipes. 1st entering, 2nd arriving, 3rd leaving, 4th arriving and ending.

    A. **Pipe going to - Located in Area 1** Type: Pipe Facing UP (if it is up) ID:1 / Active on:Layer 1 / Dest. ID: 1 / Dest. Area: 2 ([X] Enterable)

    B. **Pipe arriving - Located in Area 2** Type: Pipe Facing UP (if it is up) ID:1 / Active on:Layer 1 / Dest. ID: 0 / Dest. Area: 0 ([ ] (NOT) Enterable)

    C. **Pipe going back to Area 2 - Located in Area 2** Type: Pipe Facing UP (if it is up) ID:2 / Active on:Layer 1 / Dest. ID: 2 (2nd pipe in Area 1) / Dest. Area: 1 ([X] Enterable)

    D. **Pipe arriving - Located in Area 1** Type: Pipe Facing UP (if it is up) ID:2 / Active on:Layer 1 / Dest. ID: 0 / Dest. Area: 0 ([ ] (NOT) Enterable)

Don't extend pipes beyond zones if you want them to work properly or be recognized.

Multiple zones in the same area won't conflict with your pipe entrances so long as the IDs are set up correctly. For a really good example check out original 01-02.arc.

Check your entrances on the Palette (5th option, the door). Make sure that none of them have the same ID. It's probably just a crossed number somewhere.

And with that I'm off to bed. Hopefully catch you tomorrow at the thing.

    Poor man's Riivolution

A thread got resurrected from the dead at another site that contains one heck of a promising app...if it works. I'm busy enough this weekend that I'm not going to sit around and test it, but here is a single-level SD custom arc loader that shouldn't require the original disc:

LeiJi Loader, Load NSMB stage arc file from SD card

    original post : Reggie(׼)ؿ*ųLeiJi(׼)Loader ɴSDȡؿļ [Wii] ³ֵ A9VG沿̳
    google translate : http://translate.googleusercontent.c...P7-MHscpH3q1ig

This Loader could load stage arc file directly from SD card without modifying ISO. It's based on WiiPower's NeoGamma r8 beta7.

Note : It only works on PAL version of NSMB.

    Usage :
1.Put your stage file to "LeiJi" directory inside the root directory, and rename it to "ma_niao.arc". The file has a size limit of 448k, though the stage arc files always be 10k to 30k.
2.Load this program, it has the same interface as NeoGamma, boot NSMB as usual and stage 1-1 will be replaced as your custom stage.

Please check the original post, the author adds some information to explain how it works.
If it worked for you let us know.

Edit: And by the way Reggie! got an update on the 2nd, so check out the download page to get it.

    A few questions:

Anyone know how to make water show hidden below a layer? I have a pit with water, but it can't be seen because land is over it at layer 0. When playing, I see the water above the land and looks fine when you drop into the pit. ...hrmm...

Anyone know how to make a shroom box only show a specific? I need a mini shroom to only show, and sometimes it shows a mini and big shroom. I set it to mini or use mini specific. Some areas it shows only a mini, some it shows multiple.

Anyone know why...when putting multiple yoshi blocks in the same space, only 1 yoshi pops out? In the actual game, I can usually get 2 Yoshi's to pop on multi player, but with mine I can only get 1 out at all sometimes.

    Tricky tricky.

Lol the last question. Because when your in game and you have yoshi, it will always be a murshroom when you hit another yoshi block. Same with if you are little mario, it doesn't matter if its a propeller hat, fire hat, penguin suit, when you hit the block it will always be a mushroom.

When your big mario it will be the power up suits.

When you don't have yoshi, and hit a " yoshi block" it will be yoshi. When you have him it will be a mushroom.

Guess I'm just wishful thinking a bunch of Yoshis at once. I'd like to have at least the 2. Doesn't always populate more than 1 on multiplayer.

If one person has yoshi and the other doesn't, when you hit a yoshi block it will give one mushroom and one yoshi. So I don't think there is a way around that.

Not much point in having 2 on screen when there is only one player though.

If you put 2 blocks in one area and you are playing with 2 people , if you hit both it will give you 4 yoshi's.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Anyone know how to make a mushroom block multi-use? If I have a block, use it, go down a pipe, and come back, it only gives a coin the 2nd time. I need it to work 2 times :/
