    Check IOS

Check the IOS in customizemii, that you're using when creating the channel. Then verify with your log and check if it is fakesigned.

You have to make a Forwarder first and then make the Channel from the .DOL the forwarder program outputs...

    Look here:

I have been trying to make a forwarder channel for internet radio, I used a sample of a song on my comp and saved as a wav

But when I click on create wad I get 'couldn't parse wave file'

If I make it silent then the wad wants to create

I did update to Customizemii 3.11 but dont see this as a problem

Also it has a box up the top in the options menu saying select start up iso - I take I leave this on 35?

how big is the file? I wonder if there is a size limit. Or maybe its the bit rate of the wav. You might try with some different rates.

I just looked at the sample mp3 and its only 22kb. You might try that file and then covert it into a wav using the same steps you tried and see if that works. If it does it just might be a size issue, if not I'd start playing with the bitrate settings. But take a look at my signature. I'm just having random trouble shooting thoughts.

cheers for the thought have cut one down to around 30kbs and still nothing, just d/l some nintendo sounds from Dogeggs wadder tutorial to see what i can get from there.

That was kinda strange not sure if its the software being buggy but managed to convert to a bns(which it want giving the option before) So now have created the wad with a 2.3mb mp3 converted to bns

It was suppose to be a forwarder channel for internet radio but, all works but exits to a black screen.

I have also tried this with the pong2 game d/l via the homebrew browser, forwarder channel. The wad constructs itself, I use wad manager 1.6 and install it all ok.
Go to run it and thats fine but this time when I go to exit I get a stack dump.
I know that it says exit to homebrew and that I have gone into the app through my wii menu and not home brew, but should this be an issue?

The audio file apparantly has to be 30 seconds max length as well, recommened 20 secs

I've tried creating a forwarder channel using customizemii. I'm using the static base wad. Have my banner and icon all showing up good on the wii(no brick). When I click on start, the screen gives me this green bar horizontally across my screen or gives me a code dump depending on the nand loader I choose(comex=green bar or waninkoko=code dump). All current ios's from the "ios newbie thread" here: Best cIOS Selection for Newbies - GBAtemp.net

I'm at a loss on how to create a channel that forwards to SD:apps/uqm/boot.dol

Here is the project home page: Wii Port - Ultronomicon

I just can't seem to get it to load even using the forwarder option in customizemii.

If some would like to help me, I can upload the game, banner, and icon I created so maybe thay can fiddle with it.

I don't know if this goes in this thread or not but I will try it here. I was wondering if its possible to make a channel that loads a game off a USB HDD with out have to go to the loader then select the game. For example I use Wiiflow for most of my games, I click wiiflow then start then select my game. Is it possible to put a game "link" on the main menu and just click that link and start playing. I just recently put Netflix on Wiiflow and thats what it did. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
