@Dino9999 these are the steps I took, I downloaded Wii scrubber, I extracted all the files of Wii scrubber into 1 folder, I ran makekeybin.exe and entered the value 42 and hit generate...then ran Wiiscrubber.exe, Load Wii sports resort ISO in WiiScrubber and navigate to partition1/sys/mpls_movie/ ...Right click and Extract "player.dol"
    Rename it RZTE.dol (for USA)
    RZTJ.dol (For Japanese)
    RZTP.dol (For PAL)

Then on the root of my Sd card I made a folder titled "alt-dols" and dropped that file in there, next I went into USB loader gx, went to settings and changed the custom path of alt dols to the folder I made, next I ran Wii sports resort, clicked on settings and clicked on alternate dol and load from Sd/USB...click save and run Wii sports resort...it ran the instructional video (with that messed up sound like some people had) and after It was over I clicked A and my Wii restarted...

I went back into USB loader and clicked on Wii sports resort then settings then turned off alt dol, the game worked fine from then on.

Oh yea my error 002 thing was set to anti

I hope it works out for you. Thanks to the Wii hacks forum for the help.

Sorry for the late reply...I'm running USB loader gx v2.0, here's how I changed the path...on the main USB loader gx screen click on settings on the left hand side, next click on the arrow to the right, here you should see custom path at the very top, click on it, next click on "dol path" and next click on the "alt-dols" folder you made, click ok. You can now go back and follow the other steps, I hope it works out
