You still need to get your console back into shape, and right now it's still got a mangled cIOSCORP on it. Head over to that second link I gave and run that guide. Take it slow, careful, and read through everything first.

Sure thing. Will follow through then. By the way, in the 1st link with the guide, I was not able to complete steps 2 and 3. Step 2 cause the bootmii was installed as ios file while step 3, i was not able to downgrade IOS15 nor install patch IOS36 ... would these be a problem cause I cant seem to workaround it too... thanx!!

Step 2 that's fine, step 3 will be taken care of by the end of the cioscorp uninstall guide.

Thanx. By the way, I was reading the part on Brick protection and from the installtion guide, there is this

    Preparation
Make sure to have the hacks.ini file for your region and system menu on the root of your sd card. To get the correct one for your region go here and copy and paster the code for your system menu and region into notepad and copy into notepad and save as "hacks.ini" This file should go on the root of your sd card. Make sure to install the patched version of your system menu iOS via WAD Manager before continuing (4.0+)
    4.0/4.1 Users install iOS60patched
    4.2 Users install iOS70patched

As my wii is a Korean Wii patched to English and my sys menu is 4.0 should i use the code for US sys menu 4.0 to create this hacks.ini file?
Also, should i also install the IOS60 patched file before continuing cause I am not too sure if my ios60 is patched and given the syscheck below, it appears that my sysmenu is running on IOS60 (rev 65535). Thus I am concern if this installation would cause my wii to fail.

Using sysCheck v1.6.1 by Erik Spyder

    Region: NTSC-U
The system menu v417 is running under IOS60 (rev 65535)
    Hollywood v0x21
    Console ID: 94428222
    Boot2 v4

    Thanx alot Ithian!

No priiloader will install fine, don't change your IOS60. And since you're now running the cioscorp guide if you have any more questions go ahead and post them there. Gotta keep some order in these threads.

Also yes use the 4.0u version of hacks.ini

hey Ithian, I have finished following the guide that you have kindly provided for the uninstallation of cIOSCORPs. But when I did syscheck, it hanged thus i ran DOP MII to scan as well and it hanged also.

Thanks so much for assisting me in changing all the ios files. So how do I proceed to update wiiflow now ? thanx in adv!

    Edited: IOS 70 v 54321 instead of 6687.
Also would like to ask if it will be any different if the IOS 60 is:

compared to the above 60 v6174 enabled disabled disabled disabled. Thanx!

Hi there I love wiiflow and tried to install it to a wii of a friend of mine.
Everything went just fine and I installed a channel forwarder and renamed Wiiflow_249 to just Wiiflow.
when it loads from the menu it's ok. I put the game splinter cel double agent on the WBFS harddisk and I see the game on screen.
When I try to play the game loads and I get the warning thingy and the nintendo logo comes up afterwards.
But after that it resets and I am back in the wii menu..
tought it was the channel forwarder so uninstalled it and installed another, double checked if the map for wiiflow was correct, it is root/apps/wiiflow/boot.dol so thats fine right?
Sorry for not making a new tread but I think it's a on anwser question.
    Thanks!

SysCheck is hanging because of a corrupt/unreadable IOS 56. You can try reinstalling it using DOP-Mii again or try using NUS Downloader to grab the WAD and install using Wad Manager. You can also scan through manually in the IOS, BC, MIOS menu.

As per Wiiflow you can get rid of the channel on your system using ATD Mod.

Load it selecting IOS249 -> Press A past all the errors (that's normal) -> select Installed Titles

This part's the guesswork. Find the channel that has one of these 4 digits (It'll only be one of them):

    WFBH
    WFBW
    WFSH
    WFSW
    WFNH
    WFNW
    WFHH
    WFHW

If you don't find one of those codes present look for any that start with "WF" and report it back here. Assuming you found one of these, delete it. Press home - confirm that the channel has been removed.

Once that's done, just follow Section [1], subsection [B] to install and you're good to go.

Sounds like a bad dump of the game. Try downloading it from another source.
