Renaud4, this is what I did when I had a 3.4U System. You have to put the applications in the apps folder. They should have a folder for all of your applications. When you load the homebrew channel is should load the sd card. Then all the files boot or applications should be in there. I would suggest though to downgrade your wii to 3.2. More software works better on that then anything else. Then some programs I would suggest getting. Wad Mananger 1.3, Backup Launch .3 002 Gamma Fix, Your Emulators (Nes and Snes work great), Wii Dumper 1.2, and last but not least StarFall. Now starfall is a good program to not brick your wii by accidently updating it. You can take the update for the wii off when you put a real game in your wii that needs a higher FW than 3.2.
