All DLC unlocked in Rock Band 2!
This is for people with NTSC rock band 2 and an NTSC region wii

If you have a Pal console like me and have the NTSC copy, you need to change the region of the wii shop channel to NTSC using anyregion changer.


I won't go into detail about doing that here, Only how to get the DLC rockin!


Download this rar with the wads inside
[Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register]


Then follow these steps:

1. If u dont have a patched ios37 (or u dont know if u do or not) Run ios37patcher

2. install all 3 wads using WAD INSTALLER which comes with this package they may error during installation but this is normal.

3. launch rock band from the DISC *NO USB LOADERS* and go to music shop. if all done correctly should show all DLC as purchased u can then re download them and play them.



If you have any problems with getting the dlc to work or have never downloaded dlc before, then uninstall the wads, go into Rock Band2 and download one of the free songs, then go back to homebrew and install the wads again, then go download whatever ones you like But I would just try installing them 1st and seeing if you can get them.

I got all this done except I cant actually re download the songs. I have to install ios61 and the newest wii shop channel. I was running the older version of shop channel which ran off ios51. I obviously havent been in the channel in several months.

Forgot to ask..... Would a 2gb sd card be big enough to put all these songs on it? I am hoping I can put all these songs plus all the DLC songs from world tour.

Well I don't think all the songs will fit on a 2GB SD. Harmonix needs to release an update to patch in SDHC support for real. But if the crack works like it's supposed to, then if you fill your SD with songs and have no more room just delete some songs and replace them. You can always get the songs back later.

This is just awesome, THANK YOU!!! I had no idea the Music Store could be hacked. All the newest releases allowed me to download them (Sex On Fire HELL YES!) but it seems that the rest of the songs seem to be hit-or-miss. Some say Purchased so I could "re-download" them , others just show the amount of points it would take to download. Anybody else have this problem?

Either way, still an awesome hack and thanks again!

Actually I am having no luck with this at all. The first time I installed this, I was able to access the music store where all the songs showed they were purchased. I went and tried to re download them only to be taken out of the music store and recieved error code 204704. I went to nintendo to find that this is due to the wii shop channel being under maintence. I went and tried to start the wii shop channel only to find that I needed to update my firmware. I went on this site and got the correct update which installed ios61 and the newest shop channel both via wad manager. I went and installed both and was able to start up the wii shop channel without any problems, so I thought I had fixed everything. I then went back and started rock band 2 and entered the music store and tried to re download a song again, only to have the same thing happen. Anyone know what the problem is?

Reinstall sZAE and sZBE they are for the 1st and 2nd generation of dlc, if you can get the new songs like kings of leon, Then sZCE has been installed right as thats for the latest dlc to be downloaded.

Just try uninstalling sZAE and sZBE and reinstall, then install them again just to make sure.

Should work then.

Hell no lol, If you google hairy ballsagna pc tools, they show you how to download the entire DLC off the nintendo servers for gen 1 and 2 onto your pc, then you can select what to copy over to your sd card.

They are about 4gb each for every song. This way is sorta better because if you want alot of dlc then it will download on your pc and you choose what ones you want, thats better because thats quicker then going 1 by 1 in the game and getting them, But can be worse in a way due to downloading everything.
