Thanks for posting this up.The day you posted this I had found it myself on the web, but it only had A and B with it, you got me C. I was skeptical of it's legitimacy at first but It works no problem!!
But no, there doesn't seem to be a need for a D yet as the new releases on the music store are still covered for right now. This eliminates my need for RawkSD alltogether. Except for the couple tracks that aren't availble in the store yet and are only on the Track Packs. Like some of the Country and Steve Miller.
It does seem like there's a small chance for error though, even after the crack is applied. I installed it this morning, and it's been working fine all day as I've been getting some songs and stuff. But there was once that I tried to download a song and when it was done downloading it kicked me out of the music store giving me the error code (like my IOS wasn't patched) but then I went back into the store and tried the song a second time and it was fine.
I wanted to try this until I saw the part that you need IOS37 patched. I don't know if mine is. I did the tutorial that lets cios be installed on any wii but i remember using 36 during the process. So do I have to patch 37 as well. I can get backups to load properly on my wii as it stands now.
Anyone know the answer to my question? I would like to get the songs but don't want to patch my wii further and not know if it's gonna mess up what I have now...like my ability to play backups and run homebrew.
okay i used this method to get this hack to work , DO NOT use wad installer , use wad manager , install all wads twice , uninstall all wads once , then reinstall all wads once , this worked for me to show all as purchased , not just a hit and miss thing with them .
btw thanks trekster i didn't know the wad covered this weeks dlc

this won't mess anything up unless ur power goes out or ur unplugged in the middle of installing or patching , also if you don't want the rawk sd patcher on your wii an alternate method is to launch it through the back up launcher , download the songs until th wii memory is full (it will say transferring to the sd card but it doesn't move jack squat) then launch the game through the disc channel and it will move the dlc correctly to the sd card , repeat process until done downloading , tedious , but effective

So it's not perfect, but only 99% effective
that error can also occur when the store's busy or with a weak net connection aswell
