I think I made edits to my post after you replied, so you may not have seen them. Check out everything that I did and make sure you are following the same steps.

Also make sure that you are launching it from the .jar file (double clicking it in Finder worked for me), and that the "wit" and "wwt" executables in the "osx" directory actually do execute and give you a version number (can do that at a command line prompt.

    From my system:
    Code:
    Eve:WiiJManager llaffer$ cd osx
    Eve:osx llaffer$ ls -l
    total 18416
    -rwxr-xr-x@ 1 llaffer staff 883656 Apr 20 2010 wit
    -rwxr-xr-x@ 1 llaffer staff 936872 Apr 20 2010 wwt
    Eve:osx llaffer$ wit

-> Type 'wit -h' (or better 'wit -h|less') for more help.

Someone please help me out. I've been trying all day to run games off ntfs format with no luck. I created a fat32 partition on the drive and ALL the loaders read the games on it perfectly, even though I haven't even set it as the active partition. However, when I select the ntfs format which set as active, they recognize the partition but tell me no games can be found. I think it might have something to do with settings or something not listed in the guide? I used the softmod any wii guide on the forums to initially mod my wii.

This guide is for the creation of a dedicated NTFS drive. FAT32 is the current most recommended method to partition/setup your drive.

If FAT32 works, why "fix" it by going to NTFS?

I wanted to go with ntfs because I wasn't too sure about splitting larger game files into pieces. Would you get any lag or breaks during gameplay because of it?

Ok ...... I guess I'll just go with the fat32 since it's already working. Thanks.

so games formatted wbfs go in the wbfs folder.. no worries..

.iso goes in the root folder I'd assume ?

Siiince it seems a lot of the isos I decided to stick in to the wbfs aren't showing up..for no more reason than I thought I should put them there..

.iso on root ? folder called iso ?

I've never tried it, but I think the .iso directly, but I think they would go into wbfs directory. If one works, they all should work. Validate that the .isos are good rips of the game. You may need to make new rips using CleanRip, but if you're going that way, you may as well use the install function of the USB Loader of your choice and have it install the game for you to the hard drive, which will convert it to .wbfs.

Will cleanrip validate my existing ISO files ?
