We have a guide for that, too. See the FAT32 guide linked in my signature.

    Hi,
I checked tutorials about running games from HDD, but I haven't found out finally - can I run games from external hdd which has more than one partition and on which some (precious) files are stored. I just have one hdd with plenty of space, I made partition only for Wii games, but not sure how it is going to work, and before I risk my files, I would like to ask. Can I force Wii to see the only one partition?

Depends on the loader. I know CFG lets you pick the partition. Others may not.

It is usually recommend that you don't partition your hard drive and have everything on one large partition.

Well, then I need to make backup of my backup hdd, and then start messing it up with Wii. If CFG lets me pick partition, then it is good enough.

    UPDATE
Yep, Wii works with multi-partition disk (Seagate 1 TB), however, something was messed with partitions so I had to delete all except one (this with files), then create one big partition just for Wii stuff and it works. Such operation is not needed when you use CFG Loader as it allows you to choose partition, but rest loaders see just first partition (that's why it was messed as first seen partition was some designed for unix system). Changing letters, paths or active mode didn't help, but I haven't try to dig this problem more.

    EDIT

Btw, I noticed that USB Loader allows you to install game to chosen partition, but still is there no option to choose partition to load games from? Crazy

WiiJmanager .8 is not working on OSX 10.9.1, It never gives me a progress bar, as soon as I hit the button it reports it as being finished. Wii backup fusion doesn't work either, I'm constantly getting a "Wiimms WBFS tool not found".

I'll give WiiJManager 0.8 a test on my 10.9.1 machine after I install the update and report back. What version of java do you have installed?

    EDIT:

I just finished installing 10.9.1 and found that I didn't have a version of java installed (weird, since I don't recall having to install one with previous versions). Anyway, I installed this version of the JDK from the ORACLE web site:

    Code:
    Eve:~ llaffer$ java -versionjava version "1.7.0_45"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_45-b18)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.45-b08, mixed mode)

Then I loaded WiiJManager 0.8, set up my source directory with an .iso in it, set up my target directory that was black, then right clicked the .iso in Pane 1 and told it to Convert to WBFS in Pane 2. I got the percentage bat and ETA estimation like I expected. In about 75 seconds, I had my SX3WXJ.wbfs file from my Pandora's Tower.iso.

My source is /temp, my target is /temp/output. So you can see both files using the find command on my system as follows:
    Code:
    Eve:temp llaffer$ cd /temp
    Code:
    Eve:temp llaffer$ find . -print
    .
    ./output
    ./output/(null)[SX3EXJ]
    ./output/(null)[SX3EXJ]/SX3EXJ.wbfs
    ./Pandoras Tower - NTSC.iso

I have Java 7 Update 45, it appears to be the latest version. I'm running on a Mid 2009 13" MacBook Pro, though it shouldn't make a difference.
